Ha aprovechado su experiencia para optimizar los flujos de trabajo, investigar y formar sobre las mejores pr\u00e1cticas relacionadas con las TI y el cambio de sistemas, y se esfuerza continuamente por fomentar el trabajo en equipo y la colaboraci\u00f3n en cada proyecto.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El cargo actual de Paul incluye la supervisi\u00f3n de la facturaci\u00f3n, las finanzas, las tecnolog\u00edas de la informaci\u00f3n y la innovaci\u00f3n. Trabaja en estrecha colaboraci\u00f3n con el Director de Operaciones Cl\u00ednicas para fomentar la colaboraci\u00f3n, el trabajo en equipo y la transparencia entre los equipos administrativos y cl\u00ednicos. Paul est\u00e1 orgulloso de la capacidad de la organizaci\u00f3n para pivotar cuando es necesario&#8230; especialmente durante la pandemia.
