La Navegaci\u00f3n Asistencial est\u00e1 centrada en el paciente y la familia, y est\u00e1 disponible a petici\u00f3n del paciente o por sugerencia del proveedor. Se basa en las necesidades, la cultura y los valores de cada familia, de acuerdo con los principios del hogar m\u00e9dico y en colaboraci\u00f3n con Every Child Pediatrics y los proveedores de servicios de la comunidad.
