Telehealth Visit Instructions
Ready! Set! Go! Every Child Pediatrics offers a unique way for you to speak face-to-face with your child’s provider through your smart phone or computer. This is known as telehealth or virtual visits. All you need is a quiet and private place, a smart phone or computer, and an Internet connections (WiFi, WiFi Hotspot, etc.).
Call 303-450-3690 to schedule your telehealth visit. This service is offered for medical, behavioral health and nutrition needs.

Get Ready: Download and install the App on your Smart Phone
Grab your headphones if you need them, You might have better sound if you are using them. Download the app – 8×8 Video Meetings – on your smart phone or tablet.
You are now ready to have a telehealth visit!
Get Set: Set up a meeting with your provider
Click on the SMS text message sent to you by an Every Child Pediatrics team member with the meeting link. Note: Your provider or one of our staff will call you to help you get connected.
Tap the blue Continue button to join the meeting. If the App asks to use your camera, tap OK.
If you click on the text message link and the meeting doesn’t open, you still need to install the 8×8 meeting App.
Enter Passcode
The Every Child Pediatrics staff member will text you or tell you a meeting passcode. Enter the passcode but DO NOT tap OK until the team member tells you to.
To ensure the best connection with no echo, you and the staff will hang up. When you hang up the call, tap OK on the passcode field and you will be in the meeting.
Go! You are talking to your provider
You may need to tap the camera and microphone icons if they can’t see or hear you.
And, don’t worry, staff will call you back if you lose connection or if anything goes wrong.
When you are done with your visit, click the red hang up button.
Using a Computer
If you are using a computer, type or copy and paste the meeting link from the Every Child Pediatrics Team member into your web browser.
When the browser asks permission to use your camera and microphone, say yes.
Then enter the passcode and you will be connected.
