Introducing the Online Scheduling Pilot at Every Child Pediatrics
We are excited to launch our new Online Scheduling Pilot at the Lakewood Clinic! This test program is exclusively available for current Lakewood Clinic patients. We plan to expand online scheduling to all other clinics by late 2025.
During this pilot phase, we anticipate learning and improving. Feel free to share your feedback along the way using the Patient Satisfaction Survey, or you can chat with the Lakewood Clinic Manager during your appointment. Your input is invaluable in helping us provide a seamless scheduling experience for everyone.
What Types of Appointments Can You Schedule Online?
Our online scheduling system currently supports the following:
- Well-Child Checks / Physicals
Some appointments, such as sick visits or those requiring urgent attention, cannot be scheduled online. These appointments often require a quicker response or more coordination. In these cases, we recommend calling our scheduling team to ensure we can meet your needs promptly.
How Online Scheduling Works
When using our online scheduling system, you will be guided through several prompts to help match you with the right appointment. Some prompts may direct you to call our office instead of continuing online. This ensures we can provide you with the best care and appointment options available.
Important Note: This pilot program is a test, and there may be hiccups along the way. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we refine this process.
Online Scheduling Readiness Check
Before scheduling online, confirm the following:
- 1. I am a current Lakewood Clinic patient.
- 2. I am scheduling a well-child check/physical, not a sick visit.
- 3. I am not in need of urgent medical care.
- 4. I understand this is a pilot project, and there may be occasional challenges.
- 5. I understand that online scheduling will expand to all clinics in late 2025.
