The Women’s Affinity Group
Women Leading for Every Child
Guided by the motto ‘Women Leading for Every Child,’ the Women’s Affinity Group is a thriving network dedicated to creating lasting impact for Every Child Pediatrics. Led by Co-Chairs Kathy Eckelkamp and Nancy Pannarale, this group empowers women to engage in philanthropy, volunteerism, and social connection—all in support of children in need. Signature events include our annual International Women’s Day Celebration and Kickoff Social, as well as Stuffies for Every Child, where we build stuffed animals for children facing homelessness and adversity.
Through volunteering, networking, and advocacy, The Women’s Affinity Group fosters a strong community of women championing Every Child Pediatrics’ mission. The Associate Board
The Every Child Pediatrics Associate Board is a diverse group of professionals under 40(ish) who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of Colorado’s children and the state’s largest pediatric non-profit. Through advocacy, fundraising, and networking, Associate Board members play a vital role in expanding the reach and impact of Every Child Pediatrics.

Champions for Every Child
Monthly Giving Program
Give children the gift of healthcare every month! Our Champions for Every Child community will create access for 30,000 children each year. When children receive the care they need, families and communities thrive. Yet, for over 300,000 children across Colorado, access to essential healthcare is still out of reach. The good news: A recurring gift of just $25 a month is enough to help us provide uninsured children with the care they need throughout the year.
Your $25.00 monthly donation can give uninsured children access to checkups every year. Here’s how:
A gift of $25/month offsets the cost of providing high-quality, comprehensive care for one uninsured child for an entire year. This could include multiple visits, Care Navigation services, and support for other critical healthcare needs for the child. 100% funds care for children.
