Programs & Services
Every Child Pediatrics supports comprehensive, coordinated, accessible, culturally-responsive, and child-and-family centered health care. This approach to care is known as a patient-centered medical home model.

Primary Medical Care
Our medical providers offer the full spectrum of primary care services, including well baby and child checkups, immunizations, sports physicals, medical exams and medicine for kids who are sick. Our medical providers are experienced with managing care for children with special needs, complex conditions and providing care in a culturally-appropriate manner.

Behavioral Health
We provide counseling and behavioral health services alongside our medical services. Patients are screened for behavioral health needs and counselors provide on-site interventions for children and provide referrals to outside specialists. We also support new mothers who may be experiencing pregnancy-related depression.

Care Navigation
Care Navigators work as part of the medical team to coordinate specialty medical care, help families apply for benefits, and connect families with community resources for housing, transportation, clothing, food, education, and other needs.

Reach Out and Read
To support school readiness and healthy development, we partner with Reach Out and Read Colorado to provide patients with free books during well-child check-ups.

School-Based Health Centers (SBHC)
Our SBHCs provide on-site primary health care services to students in schools with high rates of poverty and low rates of health insurance. SBHCs are located within a school building or on school grounds to make care easily accessible.

Nutrition Services
As a part of our whole-child approach to health care, Registered Dietitian Julie Gardner supports children experiencing obesity, failure to thrive, eating disorders, allergies, chronic GI issues and other nutritional concerns. These services create a foundation for nutritious living by preventing chronic conditions, managing mental illnesses related to eating disorders and encouraging children and families to adopt lifelong healthy habits.

Edna’s Pantry
We provide free, nutritious food to families who are experiencing food insecurity and to children who are struggling to grow at appropriate rates. Our Registered Dietitian also provides advice about healthy eating.

Thrive Clinic
A specialized team of professionals provides nutritional advice, additional medical attention, free nutritious food and access to community resources to help children who are experiencing slow or minimal growth due to food insecurity and/or medical conditions.

Get Fit
A specialized team of health professionals provide healthy eating and exercise education through individualized sessions and group classes for children with a high Body Mass Index.
