Patient No Show and Late Appointment Policy
As your primary source for medical service, we hope to provide exceptional care for your family. We can achieve this by working together during scheduled appointments towards the health and well-being of your child.
We understand life can be hectic and managing schedules is challenging. However, we do expect that you will make every effort to attend all scheduled appointments- medical, dental, nutrition and behavioral health.
Per our policy, after three (3) cumulative no shows to your appointments, within a calendar year, the ability to preschedule is no longer available. This means that if your child needs an appointment, you will need to schedule a same day appointment.
Appointments are considered to be a no show when patients:
- Do not attend their scheduled appointment
- Do not call and cancel their appointment 24 hours in advance
- Are more than 10 minutes late for their scheduled appointment
Our scheduling department is open from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday and would be happy to assist with any needs you may have related to scheduling or cancelling an appointment. Our scheduling department can be reached at 303-450-3690.
